For you Mopar lovers. Here is a Superbee logo I traced and cut on our Waterjet. Turned out pretty well.
Can anyone help convert this to a decent DXF? I have to cut it for a friend on our Waterjet. I have been trying to use Inkscape but my results so far have been dismal.
I know the size and rez is kinda low but its the best I have.
Thanks
Hi DC-1,
Thanks for the Super Bee logo. I owned a 1969 Super Bee with a 383 4 speed. It would anything except a gas station. Ha Ha

heres a dxf. and a svg. you will need to do more editing.
Excellent!!.....way better then my attempts. Thanks a lot!!
I spent almost all day messing around with Inkscape but I haven't been able to figure out how to get a resonable conversion from rastor to vector image. When I use the "trace bitmap"option the brightness cut off option doesn't do anything so I tried every other option.
Sorry to hijack this thread. I will have to post another file to make up for it : )
I take the image to photoshop first to clean it up, and then inkscape has an easier time tracing.

Hello
i'll give you some instructions to be able to transfer a bmp image to vector image
1- convert the image to black&white
2- adjust the bright and contrast of the image to make parts of the image clear and sharp as you want it to be
3- use one of the soft wares available (coreldraw ,any like soft ware) to convert is by using trace bitmap function
