This was what happened, I found a bunch of stuff on the disc along with a copy of Mach3 v2.64, I then installed it and at the end it said lic file found and transferred I have no idea yet if its limited. Is there some way for me to check?
My friend just confirmed that it was the same for him, he is just waiting on his TB6560 driver chips. I'm way ahead of him now and he's pissed lol

I got my board today ...
So did yours come with a disc?
http://youtu.be/9dTS1A2F4j8
it did. I haven't tried it out because I don't have the computer for it. It came with the Db25 cable also. Like we were talking before, I'm thinking of using a 10ft cable but I've got to get my shop organized with walking around room before I will know where to put the machine. I've ordered some 2" caster wheels from ebay to put on some tool tables so I can move everything around. If I can move it, I can put it in front of the window to save space. LOL, I'm sure my shop plan will look like a buggy cart rack at Wal-Mart - tool carts stacked 3 deep
Lol, we'll I just installed it again and at The end of the install it says master licence file found and transferred
I'm thinking the line limit is not an issue haha
I'm going to download the update and see what happens next lol fingers crossed

that's great. I cann't install mine yet because I've got to put together a computer, so I won't be any help at all! Anxious to see what it does
I'm getting a 9" 3/8-12 ACME Lead Screw w/Delrin Nut for the z axis, I hope that's long enough. The only thing left, other than all the nuts and bolts, is the belts and pulleys.
I got my breakout board today too... Lolz
Fastest1 sent me some new used stepper motors for my spectralight mill and in the box with the motors was a probotix bob & relay board and a Cnc4pc speed control board.. time to strip my enclosure and start rebuilding!.. ill start a new thread when I get going.

Well mounted and wired the BOB and powered up the system.

I'm hoping nothing will go zap, crackle, fiz . Cann't wait till you can run a test to see how far it will goNothing went zap, crackle, fiz lol but I think I have Mach3 configured wrong because when the reset is flashing the enable goes high but when reset the enable goes low errrr
Under ports and pins just check active low on the enable pins. Should invert the output.

Figured it out, bad parallel port.
Installed an I/O card and all is good
Now I have to figure out my steps per rev
Motors are 200 step or 1.8 deg standard for most
Ball screw is 10 tooth per inch
