    Cool

machine maintenance - replacement guides and hose protection

in the penultimate picture - employee of the company - a stupid man who knows all the best and devour human patience

though there was this guy, work would be finished at 3 but not after 12 hours

    Bartuss,

The machine looks great, and the results speak for themselves. That said, I think you need to clean the lens on your camera/phone. The "halo" effects in the pictures most likely come from dust/dirt on the lens. You will be amazed how clear the pictures will be after a quick wipe with a cotton cloth! (or better, micro-fiber).

    I have a new concept.
This left the machine is already built.
This right is to be all steel.
    Working area - axisX 4,4m (173in) axisY 30m (1181in), axisZ 1,3m (51in)

Maybe someone wants me to build him this?

That would be a nice one to have you build for me Bartuss1. But with my income it would take you way too long to get all of your money for it.
    Thanks for the offer though!

I assume that you already plan to build this "monster" machine and hope that you post photos in this forum as you build it. I can only watch and admire.

    ROUGHLY 14.4feet x 98.4feet x 4.2 feet

That is HUGE! How would you even move something like that? In pieces?
You would have to have quite the "factory" to shove that thing into! It would take up 1500+ square feet alone haha! I'm sure if you built it someone would buy it!

Mark and Bartus why don't you guys use servo motor instead of stepper? are they better for the job? but servo is more precision.
