    Short on Variables

I have a kia with a 18M model C control, about a month ago my distribution board burned out my control, all of my system paramters and pmc paramters where lost, Fanuc replaced my control and for the most part my machine is back to normal, but now i only have variables #100-#149 and #500-#532 as to where before i had much more. I use alot of macro's in my programming and now only have enough to run my probe system. CAN ANYONE HELP ME ???

If you know the parameter you can change it (which you don't seem to). Otherwise, I'd call KIA (or your vendor) and tell them FANUC replaced your control but all of your options aren't turned on. FANUC would and can do it also but you have to verify to them the control options purchased for the machine.
It's just a part..... cutter still goes round and round....

One thing to keep in mind as you are waitting for the options to be turned back on, all your offsets are just an address in the controljust like the #100 & #500 variables. You can use the ones you are not useing as a tool offset.
    #2040 = "X" wear offset #40 etc..
