    Slaved Motor Problem

I am new to CNC and Mach3. My DIY CNC router is nearing completion and the motors are up and running, with one hitch. The X Axis is dual drive, the stepper on one lead screw is driven from the X port on the Gecko G540, the other stepper is driven from the A port, which is configured to slave to the X. When jogging, or running G code, both motors are synced perfectly, but when when I push the REF ALL HOME button, only the X axis motor runs, the A motor stays put, causing the gantry to rack, then stall, and make a whole lot of nasty sounds before I can hit the E-Stop! What setting(s) am I missing?

If you only have one home switch, then, in General Config, check "Home Slave with Master Axis".
