my mill uses pittman servo motors that are connected to the gecko's. because of a motor overheating failure we readjusted the gecko with no load. after restarting the mill and running a G code program the Z axis is moving up after each pass.
what is the optimum adjustments to make on the gecko?

yes is is machining a photo in 3d. it is moving z constantly. the overall result is excess z height.

in 3d moves some are for postion for next cut so don't think that they do not need to be there maybe they do?
