Hello i was wondering if anyone had a copy of the fadal warm-up program.
The original program was deleted by accident. I would really appreciate it
if someone can post one or email me a copy thanks Jeff

Here's one I have for my 4020...
Don't know if it's factory or if I wrote it years ago....Pretty sure it's mine 'cause of the N15.1 line number.
Haven't run it in forever, since I'll usually just run the program at 50% rapid till everything is consistent. Doesn't run the full table or full +/-Z, but that's because there's always different parts/fixtures on the pasture, and I can't afford to be running into stuff.

The service programs are embedded in the memory. I can't recall how to retrieve them but they're there.
The service programs can be retrieved by entering "TA,2". There never was a "warm up" program written by the factory. We recommend that you write one that simulates the cutting feeds and speeds of the job you are runing.

use de WORKOUT 4020 program in TA,2 (no tools in the spindle)
Thank You for all the help. I used the program Fizzissist posted and modified a few numbers and i am up and running. Thanks again Jeff
