    BOB-Art manual tracing zoom-Problem..

    Hello Forum!

i have a problem when manual tracing an image with BOB-Art.
I Sketch my lines to trace an image, then i want to trace a little detail an zoom in with my Mousescrollwheel. I Zoom in an trace, than i zoom out and my Traced lines move from there Positions on my Image!!!

It seemes that the zoomfactor for the image an my Vectors are different.
Its only when i zoom in closely to detail. It seemes to be a problem of the Y-Axis, Details in X keep there Positions, Vertical lines are horrible, the Vectors shrink when zooming out..

Does anybody has the same Problem?

Running a DualCore AMD 3GHz, 4GB RAM, Win XP SP3.
Problem can be an Onboard Graphicsadapter..
I wanted to install a NVidia, but my Board didn´t like the second card, Screen is black..

    Anybody an idea??

    Greetings, Tom

    Hey Tom..
Remember that in the viewport, everything is "triangulated" and nothing is actually curved... If you look in your preferences-display properties, you can crank up the display quality of the edges to get closer, but at some kind of zoom, they will appear not to match again...

You can do entity measures, put points on ends to measure to see exactly where things are if working at such a fine detail.. The best way to stay connected is to use snap points...

    Does that make sense?

    Hi Burrman!

i´m not so close in, its not just Pixelmash..
I have seen something interesting today..

I draw a Vector over an image in Y.
Then i pan in Y down and my Vector shifts away from my image!!
    Just by Scrolling down!

    Has anyone the same error?

    Greetings, Tom
