    Before something gets broke

On the hass sl30 live tooling machine I can see the drive dogs for driving the live tools. My question is when the turret indexes a live tool into position how does it line up the drive. Surely its going to bump a bit if things aren't lined up. Can't see anything in the manual, and when not being driven a tool could easily be rotated.

Things should be aligned so that when the turret moves out to rotate, it will clear the live tooling drive. When it rotates into position with a live tool holder, the drive side is spring loaded to allow the turret to clamp even if misaligned. Then when the command is given to turn on the live tool, the drive side will spin and engage the tool side when they line up because of the spring.

    Hope that makes sense.
