Hello!

I made a new Gentry Cnc Router, travel distance Y 3500mm, X 2100mm, Z 300mm, Ball screw on Z axis LS Mecapion 0.8Kw servo motor with break; Rack&Pinion modul 1,5 and Z14 pinion on X axis LS Mecapion 1Kw servo motor; Rack&Pinion modul 1,5 and Z14 pinion on Y axis LS Mecapion 1Kw servo motor (gentry axis, 2 motor's). Timing Belt Pulleyes on all axis 3:1 ratio.

Technical detail's:

- Z axis, ball screw pitch is 10mm, ratio 3:1, motor RPM 3000.

- X axis, rack&pinion pitch at Z14 is 65.97344mm, ratio 3:1, motor RPM 3000.

- Y axis, rack&pinion pitch at Z14 is 65.97344mm, ratio 3:1, motor RPM 3000.

I limited travel feed at: 10000mm/min for Z axis, 20000mm/min for X and Y axis. But X axis motor for example, at max travel feed of 20000mm/min is working at about 900RPM (this is not good, i think)


I don't seem to get the motor's for X and Y axis to work correctly. X and Y axis vibrates very badly at low speed's.
