He can't....
--- it is a 2 axis post only --> his machine is a 4 axis ( XZC & Y )
--- it would also need to be updated to X3..that post attached is a version X
You need to find a 4ax lathe post for OKUMA
or
you can use a FANUC 4ax and alter a couple of areas ( change G & M codes).
both can then be further customised to suit your preferred format
Your reseller should be able to give you the correct post
or pick one from eMastercam
they have this for a 4 axis lathe...but would need minimal customising (FANUC codes need converting to OKUMA)
also has info for sync xfer between spindles with cutoff which may suit many zoners

This post works great on Fanuc controls. Do you have any specifically for the Okuma dual turret dual spindle?
None that you can use, they are locked to a dealer or specific sim #
- they are "special" posts for a MacTurn30 or MacTurn 550W ( $$$ )
You could look at the "LATHE MULTI AXIS MILL - TURN ADVANCED 2 - XXX" CNC_Machines that were installed on your PC, & look to linking up a Okuma or OSP 4 axis type of post
You may have problems with syncing codes for front & rear turrets
Have attached the MT30 for you to look at, but it would need major customising for it to work correctly
if you are on maint, get your reseller to earn his money.
Ok, you might shake your head at me, but I'm learning this Okuma language I think. However, can anyone show me how to sync turrets/spindles with P commands? I am using the top turret A for all of the spindle A work. However when I transfer the part to spindle B I will need to use turret A for one of my live tooling operations. Here is the program:
(Basically facing, face drilling & chamfering, Finish OD and then ID work on spindle A -- then same thing on spindle B, plus a drill & tap cycle, without the ID work)
