How to configure for homing master and slave axis

Hello, I am using the G540 and my gantry is powered by a Y and A axis motor. They have been slaved and worked fine for years and now I added home switches and want to home them independently. I noticed when triggering the 'REF' Y axis it only brings the Y axis home and twists the gantry. What steps do I need to take to configure this properly, thanks.

Re: How to configure for homing master and slave axis

Hello, just clicking on REF ALL on the Program Run screen did it. But the A axis did not show movement or position on the Diagnostics. So you can't go by that apparently.
