    An end mill for your head

    This is a skull perforator. Something neuro surgeons use to make holes in a skull. It has a drive clutch that disengages when the inner table is broken. Thought some of you might find it interesting.

    It even chamfers and counterbores! I'd highly recommend that they use a dime instead of a penny to fill in the hole, though. Copper turns green over time
    First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.

    Yes, that's so the bone doesn't have a sharp edge. An edge would break down the skin after closure, that would be bad.
