    Importing Rhino File

    Hello, How do i import a Rhino file into Mastercam X3?

    In Rhino Export as a .stp file. In Mastercam open an .stp file. STEP works the best.

    You can directly import Rhino files in X3, just change your file type filter to 3dm. If you are importing an assembly model I would recommend converting the Rhino file to a step file as suggested above. That way you will get each solid on a level by itself and it makes life a whole lot easier.
