A36 Steel Speed and Feeds With A Mitsubishi Carbide Insert Mill

Hey guys, I am going to machine a large plate of A36 steel (2.5" thick). There is a lot of slot milling and hogging out that I will have to do with two insert mill cutters I have on hand. One is 3/4 Dia, and the other is 1" Dia. I have chosen to use these cutters due to the number of inserts we have on hand/and lack of endmills. I have been researching online about A36 steel and there is alot of conflicting information. Basically all I am asking is what is a safe guideline for me to start out with these cutters in the following categories:

    -SFM?
    -RPM?
-IPM (The slot mill cuts will be .1 D.O.C.)
    -Coolant or air blast?
