    The Taig has arrived!

Got it all set up and working nicely. There was damage in-shipment to the box that contained the Z-axis and motor, and I am sending these back to taig for full replacements. I don't want to take chances when I've spent well over $1,000.

The full set of pictures is located here: http://customwaterblocks.com/gallery...ls.php?album=5

Here is a shot of it fully assembled:

Another difference from my TAIG and yours is the color of the clamping shoes on the z-axis... yours look unfinished or more likely just not finished the same. In my book consistency is #1

Interesting....The entire Z-axis assembly and motor is being sent back, so let's see if they did screw up or something

Thanks for the great pictures! I just got my Taig mill 2019CR-ER from Nick at cartertools.com about 1 week ago. I'm just slowly putting it together and working on the electronics (stepper drivers, motors, etc).
