I cannot figure how to blend these 2 rads together. Can someone please help. I am using Solidworks 2005, I have attached the file and the blueprint (it is a tiff file).

I'm looking at your file here, and not sure what your desired end result is?

Can you mark up the tiff [useing paint or whatever] to show us what your looking for?

Dpark--I hope this sheds some light onto your problem. I'm using a newer version of software so i have attached a couple of pics and an e-part for your review.

The secret is to use the 'Revolve-Cut' feature mid-plane at 66 deg to prevent cutting unwanted material.

The revolve cut was what I needed, thanks for you pictures and help.
