    Siemens 840D 300500 alarm

    Dear All,
    Need help or info on regarding alarm: 300500 Axis A1 drive 5 system error 0000001BH,00050000H
    We replaced the entire drive with a spare drive but alarm remains.
    Please advice.

    I'm not familiar with your problem but I have the Alarm manual for 840D. Section 4 show error codes of alarm 300500.

    The alarm represents a hardware fault. The drive was faulty.
