Looking for advice a Cielle machine

This machine is local to me. It was being used by an orthotics company but the pc crashed and they haven't used it in a few years.

I went to look at it, and was able to move the gantry and z with the manual controls but i couldn't get the spindle to power on.

I think the company is looking to get like $1500 bucks for it. No pc or interface box included.

Anybody know anything about it or if it could be a worth while project?

Take it ! Cielle is very good Italian equipment, precious, work without problems for a long time. In Europe Cielle we count as expensive equipment and price for new was not less than $6 000. But this is general impression about brand. Spindle is also good from Eurospindel !
May be equipment you want to buy have some problems we cant recognize from pictures
