    Unhappy cutter comp in eia

Can anyone help me with cutter comp in an eia program on the Integrex 200?
I can get it to work with turning tools but not with milling tools. All of the examples in the eia manual are for turning.

you need to use G128 or G125 depending on the control, then use wear comp in Mastercam if you are using Mastercam.

    Question

    Frankbals,

what exactly is G128 or G125? I cannot find either one in my programming manuals that came with the machine.

G125 (8) Changes the plane on the integrex, it's a great feature, I'm sure you have it. Without it if you were say end milling a face at B45, your moves would all be xyz, with G125 your machine would make this a plane and use only x, y, moves so cutter comp will work. I'm looking for some documentation for this.

    Good luck,
