Cent 4, partner 5 combination

Periodically master switch on machine is turned on, and nothing comes up on the screen. Hit "reset" to turn drives on, nothing. So its not just a failed monitor.
What is a bit odd, is it is an intermittent issue. Last week, turned on 5 times, one day, gave me a fit for a while, on/off/on/off etc, then came on just fine.

Ive checked voltages out of the fuses, everything looks good. Not sure if Ive just got a failing relay or what.

Possibly unrelated, periodically if the machine sits idle, E-stopped or not, it will just lock up. No buttons, including e-stop or reset will do anything. Have to power down, and power back on, then its typically just fine again.

If you have a sticky key, it could react in the way you have described.
