    Router Bits in OZ

    Hello fellow aussie CNC-ers.
I am from the Gold COast, first post here.
I am have almost completed my project, an all aluminum CNC router, it's about 90% complete. Need to do some wiring soon...

I would to ask for a suggestion as to where I should buy / order CNC router bits from.... for a reasonable price of course! I noticed this CNC thingy is turning into an expenisve hobby

I hope to post some pictures soon....

    Any response?

    Anybody?
Did I say something inappropriate? I can't help but notice there have been 26 views and yet no one has suggested anything?

I am looking for bits to suit a max collet size of 8mm and less. I have a few smaller adapter bits for smaller shanks.

    G'day,
If your after real small bits for fine work, dental burrs do a good job. Ask your own dentist to put them to one side when they are used rather than throwing them out.

    Solid Carbide Bits

    Hello Fellow Aussie Members!

I have finished my machine a while ago, working very well...purchased a few expensive router bits, then broke them like a twig:-( :nono:

Anyway....I have come across some router bits for 19 bucks! Much cheaper than my previous ones. these ones are still not ok to break, although I have much less guilt in spending on these...:-)

Similar product, similar pricing - maybe larger range

    Overseas

Good range, some super small sizes - fairly well priced, lack of GST off-sets postage.
