What kind of ground ballscrew to use?

I am planning on building a CNC mill with travel of 24"x24"x12" from the ground up. I want accuracy and repeatability, 0.001" to 0.004. I am going to use linear rails. It will use servo motors instead of stepper motors. I see a lot of info for ballscrews for stepper motors for pitch and diameter. I see a lot of ballscrews with higher pitches than 5mm. I plan on using the UHU open source control board. What are my options with ground ballscrews using servo motors?

There is a good Application Note on the Selection of Ball Screws which can be downloaded from the following webpage-

    Hope this helps.
