I been calling there all day all i get is the hold music then cut off. Talked to some one first thing this morning she was going to have some one call me back . Never heard back from them. Is this normal trying to get a hold of some one there?

Truthfully, I don't phone in hardly ever, but if I do, I usually phone in on the US number. I do not know if the problems with the Canadian 800 number got sorted out yet or not.
First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.

I've never had any problems getting ahold of someone in the FL office.
I got a hold of some one , they said some one from tech would call me in a hour. Its been 2 hours now , i'm just waiting .
That beats the nonstop calls from BCC Sales Reps 15 times a day everyday for weeks at a time . I'm sure they will get back to you soon.Originally Posted by turboboy

They called back and i got my transfer / recieveing files working :-)

They said thye had new phone system installed and few problems.
