    G540 - output voltage?

What voltage should I see on the output pins?

I'm suppling 24vdc. When emc2 toggles the output pin, I see it swing from 0v to .245v on my Fluke.

Should I see the full 24v or just 5v ?

My power light isn't working, and maybe more. Sigh.
    TIA,
    Rick

Which output pins are you referring to? The outputs on G540 are at ground potential when active. If you look at the schematic on page 6 here: http://www.geckodrive.com/upload/G54...4%20MANUAL.pdf you'll see one side of the relays connect to the power supply and the other to the G540. When the pin goes active it's like closing a switch to ground.

Ok, I get it. The G540 is toggling the ground side instead of supplying the power to the relay coil.

    Thanks.
