How much travel do you need in each axis?

What will you be machining with this?

Tormach is good and all, but may be it is overkill.
On the otherhand, maybe it is not...

    Input, I need more input.....

I just purchased a Tormach, I don't think it will be overkill. From what I read online, nothing bad has been said about this machine, can't wait for it to be delivered......get the Tormach

How can you say the Tormach won't be overkill when we don't know if this guy is making a wrist watch for a flea, or a propeller for QEII?

Is he machining frozen butter, or waspalloy?

    INPUT, we need INPUT!!!!!

He didn't say so I guess he doesn't care.

If you want to spend USD 7000 on a cnc milling machine and you don't have another requirement than that then a Tormach is a good place to start.

I have a CNC Jr. from CNC Masters for sale. Paid $6000, sell for $3500. It was the first CNC machine I bought. I now have two more machines and have out grown this machine. Email for more [email protected]
