Need help on understanding stepper power supplys

I have a 4 Axis Two phase bipolar driver 2.5 Amps/Phase per Axis.
Its power input spec's are; Recommended 24VDC @10A.
    Min 12VDC @10A.
    Max 32VDC @ 10A.
    I just purchase 3 Kelog NEMA 23 425OZ stepper motors. P/N23H286-20-8B.
Whats the best voltage/amps to run with these type stepper motors?
Im not sure the motors will handle 24-32VDC @10A?
    Advice Please?
High volts makes stepper motors; DO WHAT?
High Amps makes stepper motor; DO What?
This is for my X2 Mini Mill im building like HOSS has. Well some what like it.

You should run the steppers at their rated current. Holding torque is proportional to current. Cut the current in half, the motor will only have half the torque.

The higher the voltage, the faster you'll be able to spin the motors. A stepper motors torque drops off as rpm's increase. Higher voltages will give you more torque at any given rpm. Typically, doubling the voltage will allow you to double your top speed.

I don't know the specs on your motors, but the drive will limit the current to 2.5amps max, regardless of the power supplies rating. And for best results, you want to run the motors at 10-20 times their rated voltage. Most likely your drives max of 32V will be less than 10 times the rated voltage.
