    Desk PCB

How does this board work compared to using Mach 2?

Paul, are you wanting to know about the software DeskPCB or the contoller card itself?

    Deskpcb

Deskpcb is a product from IMService. It is a Gerber & Excellon to G-code, Cam program. It is not a controller, but rather writes code for trace isolation milling and hole drilling. The output from DeskPCB is a G-code program ready to run on most any G-code controller. The full capabilities of DeskPCB are also included within DeskCNC.

    Paul,

I have tried a lot of different pcb routing programs over the years and nothing compares to DeskCNC or DeskPCB. It is fast, accurate and allows you to do the whole job, including drilling and final route cut out all from the one parameter page plus it is really easy to use. My personal view, go for DeskCNC if you are thinking about it that way as Fred said you will have it all in the one neat little package.

Remember what I said to you the other day, well I'm working on it for you right now.
