    pulley bore size question

I have a nema 17 motor which according to lin engineering (the maker) has a shaft diameter of 0.1968 inch. This is according to my calculations is 4.998mm in metric.

if the pulley i order has a bore hole of 5mm. will these two parts fit? if not what size bore should i order?

sorry if this is a stupid question. this is the first time im ordering pulleys
    thanks

EDIT: also is a hubbed pulley better in terms of gripping the shaft better?

I have heard that hubbed pulleys are for shafts that are completely round and pulleys with set screws are better for shafts that have a flat.

Yes, your 5mm ID pully will more than likely have a ++ tolerance. And as mentioned above, grind a flat in the shaft for the set-screw, works for me.
