    tool change not allowed
    plc 120:tool inserte manually:cut not allowed

    Masry,
    The page on MDI (F6) and verify what is written underneath the left side at T =

    If T = 0 or T = means that the machine understands that without this tool in splindle though someone manually entered in the same tool.
    You will need to remove this tool, put it back in the tool changer and order that the machine automatically take or through the ISO.

    ISO = T1XXM6

    Where XX is the number of the tool, the tool if E1 then be T101M6 if E15 example, then it will be T115M6.
