    WTB: Erickson Type 419e / DA18 collet holder for MT3 taper

    Hi all,

    My home made mill uses MT3 taper tooling - I need to find some collet holders for Erickson Type 419e / DA18 collets - any one know where I can buy some?
    The collets are 22.2mm on the smaller diameter, 26.2mm on the larger diameter and 41.6mm in length.
