    Msd556 Driver Fault

    MSD556 DRIVER FAULT

http://motioncontrolproducts.co.uk/r...62830deeaf7241 for all info for this driver.

I have a fault LED lit on one of my drivers and consequently no movement in my Z axis.

If I plug the wires into the driver from another axis (which works ok) the fault light stays on.

If I swap the plugs onto another driver the axis works fine, so definitely a fault with the driver.

Linear unregulated PSU @ 44vdc 13A (not daisy chained to 3 drivers) working ok.

Any ideas or is this just a faulty driver?

    Any help very much appreciated.

Sounds like a faulty drive, go to our website and request an RMA, and we will have look at it.
