    Unhappy Countersink holes

Using EnRoute 3.3, choosing a 90 degree knife to drill a countersink in the surface of plywood. EnRoute shows the hole being drilled in the demo but the information is not sent into the code. The tool shows being picked up and the spindle speed is achieved. Router does not move to the location of the hole, but closes the program.
Does anyone have an answer for this?

    Thanks Jason

    hole not cutting

Hi, Off what you have said in your info, the key point would be the information (gcode) is not being sent to your machine, breaking it down your software is showing demo > good. but not sending code >bad. so is your "post" loading correct for your machine ..check correct type machine is show for post ..and you have "started to post processor correctly"
question: If the above is ok. how are you communicating with the machine ..hardwire, WiFi, handset, you may have to check these are ok.
if using a handset you should by now have tried to move the cutter head to check movement.
It will be a matter of process of elimination

Thanks for your reply. The gcode is not being sent from EnRoute software to the .tap file. Communicating with router via hardwire, but if code is not in .tap file it is not getting to the router.
