    problem with Baldor inverter

In my 6030 machine there is baldor inverter
Every time that I close the main power and open it again
And then in MDI try to turn the spindle
The spindle turn in very slow and I got emergency
Until I make the auto tuning in the Baldor
Then I can run the spindle till I cut the main power
I have 2 machines so I exchanged the Baldor
And it did not solve the problem
I changed the encoder and the encoder cable but I got the same problem
Did anyone had the same problem
    Or someone have any clue

It is almost like you get a factory default reset, but usually you have to do a key entry to cause this?
Can you access the parameters and see if any have changed?

I just today check what changing
In Baldor parameter I found that the Encoder align
When the machine running is reverse but when I close the machine and
Open again it changing to forward changing it to reverse fixes the problem
Till next time of shutting down the electricity
I checked the cables with the second machine could not find anything
Different did someone know what causing this align mark to change

o.k. after waiting for long time to get help I decided that I will fix it
I realy does not know what cause this problem
since I had a bad Baldor and I repair it
then when fix it back I got the problem
now I fix it in this way
I exchange the encoder wire 23 and 24 on T1 this after I close and open the main power
cause the spindle turn in backward M4 instead of M3
but with no problem then I exchange 9 and 10 this give the direction
now the machine after power on work o.k.
