    Slantbed Taig CNC Lathe

I changed the Z screw design to use the X axis screw and motor mount used on the Taig CNC Mill. All I can say is SWEET... the backlash on the Y is .0012" and the Z is .0006". I still have several things to add, such as a tach, flood cooling, limit switches, etc.

Looking good. Like the idea of using frame system to tilt the lathe

Pretty sweet setup. I'm going to have to do something similar with the Taig I have lying around.
