What CNC machine would you recommend for use with your software, for making coin dies?

    Hi there,

About what is your budget? Will it be a production or hobby machine?

...they'll need a little more information to make a suggestion

    Best,

    Jason

My budget is small, I need to have 16 coin dies made, I would like to design the dies myself, and send the G-Code files to be made by someone with the correct machine, of course I would need the the accuracy of the machine first to setup my grid in the software.

    Greetings,

VS3D outputs generic G-Code, and there are numerous settings to control the output. So VS3D will work with most engraving/milling machines. I can also make a new version of VS3D to work with other machines, if necessary.

Personally, I use a machine from S&W Engineering. The issue with their machines is availability. It can take a long time to get one.
