    Question 24 VDC Regulator Question

    For some reason the 24 Volt DC regulator board blew the transistor on the board. I have a BP Series II Interact 4, mid 1980's model. The transistor burned on the face so I can't read the transistor numbers to order a replacement. Anyone happen to know the number?? all I can read is the following:

    100
