Average set up time for mori lathes

I'm curious as to what your average set up time is for your mori lathes.
Specifically twin turret lathes, ZT's or NZ's if anyone has them.

Also, does your shop use set up men to set up and operators to operate, or set up/operators?

Well setup times are a touchy subject, where I work we have rough castings so our setup times are crazy like 90 minutes.

WE have 2 ZT's and one SL.It depends on complexity of the job and how many tools need to be put in or changed and if tools need to be indicated, jaws made, etc.I have set one up in as little as 20 min and as long as 8 hours. Here the operator sets it up from one job to next.No dedicated set up men.If the operator sets it up then he learns the machine better.
