    Which CAM Package????

Please could anyone help. I'm currently looking for a CAM package to generate g-code for my CNC conversion. There are so many packages out there that I am utterly confused. I'm after a package that can cope both with Milling and Lathe work and which can also cope with a 4th axis on the milling side of things. If possiable it would be good if it could intergrate with solidworks (my current cad package)
Any help would be great, advice etc.

Well, depend on how much you want to spend, many will recommend you to Mastercam. But my 2 cent, I say go with you feel comfortble most.

If you are think about expand in the feature or get a multi task mill/turn go with Esprit or Edgecam...
The best way to learn is trial error.

Some of the SolidWorks partners have Gold status, meaning that they are fully integrations, providing concurrent CAD and CAM, have seamless associativity with the model, and pass other checks such as design reviews by SolidWorks partner team.

    Look at

    http://www.solidworks.com/pages/partners/partners.html

and then click on Manufacturing/CAM Software.
