Fanuc tends to be fairly consistent with their error codes... I do not have any info on the specific control in question, but I have 2 mills; one with a 16 and 1 with an 18; as well as several swiss machines... everyone agrees that error code 041 is CRC error.

You're using a G41 or G42 command, but you are not actually moving the tool for 2 or more blocks while in this mode... I've gotten this before when I tried to put a half-dozen math lines in the middle of a cut. Took me forEVER to track it down!

As I remember it is about interference occurs in tool compensation C will lead overcutting, but not so sure.
