Mach 1 x-axis will not move

I set up Mach 1 and master 5 But the x-axis will not move.I know it is not the controller or the motors, because it worked fine with turbo cnc. What do you think it might be?

....it could be many many things...
try going through the configuration menu and rechecking all the pinouts setting and such..
when I first tested my motors on the table, I simply had to reverse the two power wires to one motor before it would function...this is with servos and gecko drives....simply reversing the power wires to the motor does not reverse the motor direction....that is done in the setup DIR-hi/lo setting.

Mach1 will only run on Win2K or XP. Master5 will only run on Win98 or ME. Did you install them both on the same computer? If so, 1 of them shouldn't work at all. Are you saying the other axis work, just not the X?

Most likely it's a setting issue. Does the motor lock up when power is applied?
