3 axis TB6560 crash problem's ?????
got a problem with the tb6560 the y axie is not moveing it just a buzzing sound. ill give all info here on what i got and what happend please don't mind my spelling not the best
im a noob at cnc but not in robotic's or computers so i got some insite
what happend was i had all 3 axie's working befor i hocked thim up to the cnc table. i needed a coppler for the y axle so i turned off y into i got it.
so i been playing with the cnc learning how to run it with out y axie into yesterday.
wen't to hock it up and all i get is buzzing sound's out the motor. won't torn.
i thot i might have fryed the motor so i hocked it up to the x axle port on the board and it ran fine. so that rual's out the wire problem or the motor problem.
i looked at setup in mach 3 and everything was fine. i even reinstalled the program.
now i did go into the motor tunner and got it to torn. but there is no power to move nothing i could hold the motor in place
allmost like the system or the board is not throwing the right voltage to the motor.
im new to this and i have no ideal about mach 3 i stell can't figer out how to tell mach 3 what size my table is ? grrrr
never ran a cnc befor im a cgi artest so im new to this
