But now I have the next problem:
If I start the spindle, I cannot adjust the spindle speed! The VFD receives directly the max value and goes to 400Hz!
    Any idea?

I'd check your parameters in your VFD. Make sure your speed command source is set correctly. Also check your Step and direction spindle settings in UCCNC. I'm not at home at the moment so I can't refer to my settings but I'm certain I listed them here in my build log.

I had my VFD/spindle already running with the analog input (0-10V).
So I changed only the parameter A001 to 6 (pulse train).
    Is that probably not enough?

Unhappy Re: Last One - 4'x6' Steel, Epoxy and ClearPath servo's

Last test result from this evening - I took your settings from post #77 (except F002/3 and B090&095 because I don't have a brake resistor):

    F002 ACCELERATION TIME 10
F003 DECELERATION TIME 10 BRAKING RESISTOR INSTALLED
A002 RUN COMMAND SOURCE (USER PREFERENCE) 01 digital input
    A003 BASE FREQUENCY 400
    A004 MAX FREQUENCY 400
    A041 TORQUE BOOST 01 AUTOMATIC
    A044 V/F CHARACTERISTIC CURVE 03 SENSORLESS VECTOR
    A045 V/F GAIN 50
    A082 AVR VOLTAGE SELECT 02 220 V
    A097 ACCELERATION CURVE 00 LINEAR
    A098 DECELERATION CURVE 00 LINEAR
B012 LEVEL OF ELECTRONIC THERMAL PROTECTION 50
B021 OVERLOAD RESTRICTION OPERATION MODE 00 DISABLED
    B082 START FREQ 6
    B083 CARRIER FREQ 7.7
    B090 DYNAMIC BRAKING RATIO 10
B095 DYNAMIC BRAKING CONTROL 02 ENABLE ALWAYS
C028 AM TERMINAL SELECTION (USER PREFERENCE) 01 OUTPUT CURRENT
    C064 HEATSINK OVERHEAT WARNING 75

But the problem is still the same: if I switch on (spindle button), independently from the preselected SXXXX, I see in the VFD display always only 400 Hz - also the sliders from the 2017-screen are ineffective!

It seems that the VFD receives a wrong signal from the UCCNC/UB1 - or I'm wrong?

And this is my UCCNC setup acc. to the given infomatons (See attached photo)
