Hi There,
a FREE means to do this can be found in gmax.
1. Import your .DXF
2. Use a 'Normalize Spline modifier to segment the spline to equal segments. You need to make sure that the spline is not broken for this to work.
I think there's also a dedicated gmax script/plugin for this task by Rab Gordon. If you search for CNC_Toolkit you'll find info re:his other plugins at his website. You will need to export the normalized spline to gcode to get it out... but then you, probaly want to ultimately arrive at gcode anyway.
