    Fanuc SP150 wire break light

    I have a Hitachi H-cut 203M with a Fanuc SP 150 controle. The Short and the wire break lights are on. I have had the short light come on before if the wire pan was to full but i have checked that. Can anybody help me with something else to check?

    I used to run an Hatachi Hcut 304.. Is there a small urethane wheel that the wire contacts in the upper head? If that is not turning as the wire is feeding you will have the Short & Break lights come on.
