    Coordinate system transformation Okuma 5-axis

    Specifically, Okuma VH-40 B (table) / C, controller OSP7000M.
So far, the implementation of the product for a simple example where you need to make one hole from above, the second hole on the side based on the appointment of two zero points, for example C0B0 - G15 H1 and the tilt table for C0B90 - G15 H2.
So my question is whether the ability to do this using a one zero point.
I mean more or less equivalent to a cycle 19 (working plane) from Heidenhain, where we move the zero point to the place where it is drilled a second hole and then working plane is tilted around this point , then the contoller will transform coordinates and machine drills second hole in the right place.
Is there a function to transform the coordinate system ,in which the controller considers of the tilting table(B/C)?
One could certainly do it through parameterized program but for now I would like to know whether the Okuma controllers have the function.
