how do i thread mill a cross hole on the X axis in the lathe. i can't get it to work

is this C-Axis or do you have a Y-axis?

the machine has a Y axis. i am trying to threadmill using YZ and X axis i have my rotary axis turned off but the tool does does not even make a contour.
machine is Daewoo 2000SYIf you can ENVISION it I can make it
