    5c Scroll Type Collet Chucks?

    Has anyone had experience with a 5c scroll type collet chuck? I am looking into some collet chucks for my koma 4th axis. How do they compare to the old pullback type or a pneumatic system? Any opinions would be appreciated.

    Other than being much slower to change a collet, they are just as accurate and hold just as good. It's the collet doing the holding, and the other is just the means of actuating it.
