Hi guys,
Got the error EX001 Thermal Relay Alarm for the first time today and haven't had much of a chance to try fixing it yet. From the manual it says to check the hydraulic power unit and coolant pump and to reset the relay. Anyone out there have the same problem?

Got the screw machine back in action today. It took a while to figure out where the relays were on the machine, they are inside the panel underneath the keyboard. The relay for the oil pump was tripped, I reset that but it kept tripping, and no oil was being pumped. Then it got weird, I pulled the pump off of the machine, and somehow a piece of plastic, not even rod stock, had gotten pulled into the pump impeller and jammed it. I pulled that out and stopped and started the pump a bunch of times. At first it would just twitch a bit, but after a while it fired up again. I thought for sure the motor was fried, but for now it's working. Strange.
