Have a frse spindle controller out of mazak sent it out to have it fixed and ups smashed the 2 boards. looking for a used one or some one to fix. machine is a back up and not used alot dont want to spend big money on it.

Sorry I didn't see this message until now, I haven't posted on CNC Zone for ages!
I've had the same problem many times now with UPS... now when we ship these drives we build a sturdy frame out of 2x4's and make sure it is securely screwed down.

We may be able to repair the boards depending on how badly damaged they are. We do have a scrap gate driver board to use for parts, and we finally have stock of the DK434's that everyone is always looking for.

If you still have the drive and want to send it, we offer free eval so you'd just be out the shipping. We also repair all other makes and types of servo drives, servomotors, PLC's, operator interfaces, encoders, temp controllers and circuit boards - pretyt much anything electronic.
